This hotel is great, offers excellent wi-fi, a cute bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff provided fantastic travel tips. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay, and I'm returning for Christmas.

Exceptionally nice location, at a walking distance from Co-op Food. Walking distance from bus station - 5 mins. Friendliness of the staff. Nicely decorated hotel units with extra comfy beds, garden access and the bathroom.
Beds were too small.

Relaxed, helpful and friendly staff, silence at night in neighborhood, nice layout and large room with interesting furnishings - and the big tv with dvd player. The last scored very high with my 15 year old son. Always quite easy to park.

I didn't feel I got value for money. I had a very small, pokey room, in that you could hardly walk around the bed and I felt breakfast was poor with very poor selection. As well as the fact there wasnt even a small pack of biscuits for a cup of tea when we arrived,

The location was handy, in a quieter more residential area, convenient to go everywhere. My room was elegant and compact with garden access.

The beautiful breakfast and friendly staff. It's just a short walk to the fine princes street gardens and the historic national museum of scotland.

We thoroughly enjoyed well-maintained rooms and delicious food.
The hotel was unique and romantic, it had skilled staff with even better service. The location in a shopping area was particularly good and there were a Christmas market and the Sunday market nearby. Also, Royal Mile was 1 mile away from the venue.

The staff were attentive and responsive, on arrival we were upgraded to suites which were huge and very luxuriously appointed. The breakfast (included) was superb.

We booked a suite and we were given room 1008, great large room on the first floor situated in the building next door with a separate secure entrance. The room is very large, 3 big floor to ceiling sash windows, and wooden floor. The bed is a standard size double, and looked a little lost in such a grand room. The sofa positioned just a foot or so in front of the bed is very big and comfortalbe. There is no wardrobe in the room, but two "chinese style" cabinets intended to be used for your clothes. The bathroom is little disappointing, a small square size room with a sink just to the left of the toilet. It could do with a few little additions like a hook on the back of the door and the chipped bath tub repaired. The breakfast was great, we had a full scottish and a continental. I can recommend the full scottish as it is very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and they try to accomodate most requests. If you are looking for "true luxury" this Hotel unfortunately is not in the running, despite the beautiful pictures featured on the website.
